HELIX is our elite performance company for dedicated dancers who are ready to train with intensity, discipline and purpose, while being supported as artists and individuals.
Dancers rehearse weekly and take technique classes throughout the week, building strong foundations alongside performance excellence.
This short meeting is for current and prospective HELIX families.
We'll walk through training goals, competition structure, expectations, and how we're approaching the upcoming season with more clarity and support.
