The Acting Experience

 

This camp helps young actors discover the essence of true acting. Students will play both heroines and villains through scenes, monologues and improvisational exercises. They will learn to explore characters through movement, speech and dialogue preparation. Above all students will learn to properly listen, as listening is the basis of acting.

Art & Dance Camp

Unicorns, mermaids, centaurs, dragons, ogres and other creatures fuel our curiosity during this

week of fun! We will have loads of crafts, practice story telling, acting and drama, creative

movement, dance and painting. This laid-back experience will be inspiring, tiring and full of wonder.

Musical Theater Academy

Students will sing songs from our favorite movie musical while learning powerhouse vocal technique, practice the fabulous movie choreography, perform scenes and perfect monologues. We will train in all the elements of musical theater performance, prepping our performers for a future on Broadway!

Immerse Yourself and Increase

Your ArtistryDuring this week of dance, students train in multiple styles: ballet, jazz, contemporary, hip hop, ballroom and heels. Dancers will learn to embrace improvisation and begin to develop individual style. FMD instructors will be joined by guest instructors for this experience. Dancers will finish this week exhausted and evolved!

Summer classes run from June 19-August 16. Tuition is $89 a month and will be auto-billed on the first of June and July. Multi-class and sibling discounts apply. No classes on July 3-6. Early Bird does not apply.
