Basic yoga, fundamental postures are explored and woven together with pranayama (breath) for accessible, mindful movement sequences.
Power Flow Yoga, Int/Adv
Tuesday 5:30-6:30 PM, Saturday 9:30-10:30 AM
Increase strength, mobility and calmness through and energetic sequence guided by breath. Each month targets a peak pose or muscle group so attend weekly to experience quantitative improvement.
Saturday 12:30-1:30 PM
This open level class teaches the fundamentals of Classical Ballet in a laid-back setting. Gain enhanced grace, strength and coordination in this fun and challenging class! No experience required.
Tuesday/Thursday 10:15-11:00 AM
Bodyweight Bootcamp is a full-body cardio and strength-training exercise class that uses only your body weight. This class includes bursts of intense drills with alternating intervals of lighter activity. Beginning, moderate, and advanced instruction is provided. Class time is 45 minutes.

Contemporary dance is an emotionally expressive style that combines elements of modern, jazz and ballet. Dancers strive to connect mind and body through fluid, athletic movements. Dance experience required.

Core Express is a fun yet challenging class to strengthen physical core and subtle energy centers. Improve your yoga postures and your alignment in walking, running, sitting, dancing, and other sports. The three stages of class include: 1. core stabilizers 2. activation of front core, side core, posterior core 3. active core mobilization.
